Rehabilitation of property on Girona St.:
Property renovated on the 70’s located in a modernist building from 1.910. We found under the installed parquet the existence of the original hydraulic floors and on the false ceilings we discovered the “Catalan Volta” with a height of more than 3.5 meters. We created a diaphanous day area of 45 m2 with an island kitchen, we opened the old gallery to enjoy a terrace with access from the dining room, we restored and sanded all the original interior carpentry, we polish and varnished the original hydraulic floors that we combine with natural wood floors and we replace the original exterior carpentry very deteriorated by a new wood triple thermal and acoustic SILENCE glass.
Rehabilitation of property on Bailen St.:
Property in original condition located in a modernist building of 1,900. Under the installed parquet we discovered the original hydraulic floors and on the false ceilings we discovered the “Catalan Volta” with wooden beams. We created a diaphanous day area of 40 m2 with an island kitchen, we opened the old gallery to enjoy a terrace with access from the dining room, we restored and sanded all the original interior carpentry, we made a levelling on the floor and relocate the original hydraulic floors that we polish and polish and that we combine with natural wood and we replace the original exterior carpentry very deteriorated by a new wood triple thermal and acoustic SILENCE glass.

We restored and sanded the entire original interior and exterior carpentry, restore original coffered ceilings and reproduce new ones, restore and relocate Nolla's hydraulic mosaics.

We raise the original hydraulic floor, perform a level, polish and varnished it and relocated it combined with natural wood, we restore the original fireplace introducing a modern gas fireplace with remote control and we replace all the original exterior carpentry very damaged by a new wood triple thermal and acoustic SILENCE glass.
